Role Description
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Portsmouth. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Account Manager will be responsible for business development, managing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the safe delivery and management of all hire and procurement requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction, engineering, fit-out, and events useful but not a necessity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Relevant qualifications and experience in the industry useful but not a necessity
